From answering the call and providing us with a competitive quote from David. Everything went well and organised and so we went ahead with the quote for a block out blind to be delivered and installed latest three weeks which is ideal before our newborn arrives.After the down payment we have not heard from them after a month. Called up three time in which each time someone was suppose to contact us didn't happen. On top of that we had to pay in full for the service that was delayed in advance. Not the best experience. It could be a once off thing but it was my experience.Once we had settled on a time, it just took them 15 minutes to set it up. But was not too happy with their work. Not a clean work. It looks very rough. The blinds itself is good, no complains with that.I'd question the customer service, responsiveness and the workmanship.

Didn’t take me long to realise why Bill and the team at The Blindspot Co came recommended. From the first meeting to the final job, I am extremely happy for the advice and service level we received. On time, priced well, and the finish product on our external alfresco blinds were superb. These guys are all amazing and so patient and kind.Initially I had issues with some of my roller blinds that fell on the fault of the manufacturer and without any hesitation the blinds were replaced. Fast forward over 2 years later and bypassing around 10 visits from other companies for difficult horizon windows that could not be fitted, I have returned to The Blinds Spot Co to assist with the remainder of my blinds.David searched high and low for a fabric to match, assisted in how to minimise gaps for double roller blinds on the same horizon window and suggested a curtain for two windows that just are not practical for roller blinds.The relief after all we have gone through is unmatchable.I cannot thank you all enough!!

From beginning to end, the service from The Blinds Spot has been fantastic. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and we felt comfortable with David's recommendation and expertise during the quote.
