We used Ricky and his team for a pretty big project at our house. They were great to work with, the quote was spot on, very professional, great communication, and efficient. Most importantly you can tell they care about what they are doing which is rare these days.

Updating my review as I have had another plumber give a second opinion. I was told by Petrelli Plumbing that I would need to rip out the bath in my apartment to access the leaking pipe, which he said would essentially mean a full bathroom renovation. While the plumber was very approachable and arrived on time, he spent 2 hours diagnosing the issue (which he still couldn't completely finalise and said to fully understand the problem the bath would need to be removed and he assumed it would be a full day's work to fix if I chose this option). Had another company send plumbers out and they were able to access the pipes from the outside by removing a few bricks. The entire problem was fixed within 3 hours.I don't doubt that others have had great experiences as I was recommended this business from a community Facebook page. However, the advice I was given has left me disappointed.

I am a project manager and have worked with many teams but this is the first time working with Ricky and his team fitting off a salon. Great bunch of boys. Great communication. Punctual and they get the job done in time which is important for me. No delays, punctual, courteous, cleaned up and open to working together/troubleshooting. Which is very important for clear communication and long term relationships. I have no hesitation to work with Ricky and his team in the future. All the best boys.

Fantastic experience, the guys did a great job installing an overflow from my water tank in a challenging position.

Daniel adapted the sink drainage pipe to accommodate the dishwasher waste hose so cut off a section and installed a new pipe and fitted a combo valve to connect the hot water to the water hose. Dishwasher working perfectly. Daniel worked efficiently and vacuumed and cleaned after and was pleasant at all times. I highly recommend this service

So glad I found Petrelli plumbing - upfront quote no hidden costs. Found the source of the problem - fixed the installation defect and added more piping to allow water flow to correctly flush through. Great problem solvers. Efficient, knowledgeable and fair price. Ricky was very friendly and helpful. And very happy with the guys who did the work for us. One of the jobs was a bit tricky due to the deterioration of the surrounding carpentry but the end result was better than I expected. Be happy to recommend Petrelli's!
