Average cut, it really depends on who you get and their mood. You're better off spending more money elsewhere. The only reason you would come here is that cost is your top priority over service and outcome. If you know who's good, and go there often, you can wait for their service (give them a tip if they're good!), but it's too much hassle for a basic cut in my case.Whoever manages their social media stuff has also hijacked the original Shopping Centre reviews, so the numbers of reviews and ratings you see from before these guys existed aren't just for this hairdresser, but the entire shopping centre.

Had an awful experience with the lady hairdresser. She was too quick to shaved off the side of my son’s hair and its too high up which is not what we wanted. She did not even apologise for the mistake and asked my son and I to leave the shop when I was consoling my son who was clearly upset and in tears. Very disappointed with the way she and her male staff treat us customers.

If you are in a hurry this a place to go. Put money in the machine at the entrance and any person will attend you. They have ipads for children to entertainment them and high chair. I have tried 3 times now and happy to come back. Good location and plenty of parking. Located next door of Coles.

Very good standard Men's haircut.Friendly and competent staff. Comfortable shop with no frills.I have been here for a haircut many times over a couple of years. Out of all those times. Only 1 time, did I receive a haircut I wasn't happy with, and that was over a year ago. All good since then.

My first visit with a lady she was very good. But whdn i went back agaon 2nd time with different hairstler omg she is so rude. Busy arguinf with me rather trying to understand what i want to do. She wants my exact instructions to do my hair id i knew i wouldnt need her. Wirh exactly same hair lengths for cutting compare last time and this time. She charge me extra $5. Not happy. Never come back. Bye

These suckers does not even worth one star, this what appear as a male creature is the rudest creature in the world, he did my hair in two seconds with no any care, when I asked to see back of my hair he refused !! I told him the sides are not matching, he didn't care and he went to sit down next to his female creature and ignored my complains. To be honest there were a nice fellow few months ago but unfortunately left the shop, the current couple are bizarre

This is worse salon in whole world. Hair dresser did have very bad attitude. I asked to scissor and man refused to use. He said no scissor. Due to bad attitude this shop has no customer. They are cheap but no good service. They do not want to spend more than 2 to 3 mins on customer. Treating customer like animal. I strongly recommend not to use his service. People can cut their hair better at home than over their.

Warning!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!This is far the worst place ever. Not only the woman was rude, the haircut service she provided was extremely terrible. This is ridiculous. No apology given when I asked why was I given that service. I would rather burn my money than go to this place

The customer service is very poor and the work isn't done properly. Most times we went there, the staff was rude and unfriendly. Just recently when we went there, the staff refused to do the job, it seems that all that boiled up anger for whatever reasons during their day was just unleashed all of a sudden for no reason, would give zero stars if I could.
