Prime location, large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great facilities. Buffet breakfast was included and amazing. Very happy. Will be sure to stay here again next time we are in Melbourne.

The location is not good for me, I'm a light sleeper and even being on top floors doesn't help with the traffic noise. I guess it's near to highway and not just normal roads. The bed room AC is pretty noisy too. However the service staffs are good, the breakfast is good too. The laundry in room and full kitchen is helpful for families. I would recommend to families without light sleepers.

I have been in Crown Towers, Crown Promenade and I have to say honestly THIS is the best hotel I have ever been in. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are unbelievable I had a bedroom with a huge wardrobe, and a lounge room. A Balcony overlooking southbank can you believe it I sat outside with my coffee ☕️. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher and free tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, à kettle milk. microwave if you have a baby or your own meal. oven pots, and frying pan. I could live there honestly!!!Then they have the sauna the swimming pool the the spa and the gym. And to top it off free breakfast with a buffet with everything you could want, downstairs at Jariah restaurant beautiful!! I know where I recommend and where I will definitely be staying everything I stay in the city. Just WOW.

Clean, great views of Melbourne , staff friendly, spacious room , nice bedding and sheets. It really is a home away from home. Breakfast small selection but very nice. Thoroughly recommend, will stay there again. Also these rooms would be suitable for wheelchair bound guests.

The hotel location, view from the room, breakfast, parking and the people working at the hotel were amazing. The room was also nice, well equipped and had fairly good cooking facilities which is a must with all the fantastic food markets in Melbourne. The pool and gym were also really good.

While cleaning, the cleaning staff stole and ate the food and wine we brought. But the duty manager just put the blame on us, saying that it was because my wife and I changed names and booked the same room on the next day, which caused the cleaning staff to take away our wine and food. If that's the reason, why did the cleaning staff only take what he wanted? Why didn't he take my other food, wine and luggage? This is not a question of the size of the loss, but it makes me feel extremely uneasy when I leave the hotel to play. I feel that as long as the cleaning staff and the manager want something, they can steal it, and the manager will help cover it anyway! After we reacting, they actually asked us to take the time to buy the food they had stolen and eaten... After communication, they bought the stolen food back to us, but they actually gave us the leftover food Throw it back on the table in my room!I don't understand what is this behavior means? I don't even know why the hotel manager would allow such absurd things to happen!

I absolutely love it!! Will definitely come back. Excellent customer service. Food. Breakfast. Cleanliness. Pool. Gym. Steam room. The barista and the concierge staff were were amazing. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ❤️

The staff here were beyond helpful, so friendly and made our stay even more lovely. After getting lost and arriving over 4 hours late, they were an absolute delight to be the smiling faces greeting us upon our arrival. They were kind enough to not even charge us for parking either which didn't go un noticed or un appreciated (single mum here) our stay couldnt have been better. 20 out of 10 (extra 10 for the service staff (front counter) being so super lovely and friendly and helpful) honestly blown away.

I had a great time here. The rooms are spacious and clean. Customer service was outstanding. We had the buffet in the mornings, which was great. I loved the apple juice. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the view, I looked straight out into another hotel and lane way below. I believe we were supposed to have the river view room, but there was no river.

Lovely stay at the clean and spacious 1 bedder suite! We got a room at 1403 , stadium facing where we get to see sunrise everyday! Huge room, clean rooms, fully equip kitchen with washer and dryer! Location is next to south bank, very close to Arts Center and gallery! Highly recommend this hotel for families!We would like to show our appreciation to Jackie who went above and beyond to help us with the check in and parcels!
