The Nourished Network
Rose instantly put me at ease from the first moment I met her. She was genuinely interested in helping me and I felt no judgement whatsoever. She educated me on what my body needs and why, helping me sleep better, have more regular bowel movements, feel less sluggish and less bloated. Rose gave me fantastic support and was always following me up to make sure I was staying focused on my well being. I would highly recommend Rose.
