Top notch service and repair job. Had them repair my car after some moron rear ended it whilst parked in the street. Couldn't be happier with the result after thinking I may not see the car again...

Such a good experience with O'Brien's who repaired our car following an accident which did a lot of damage to the passenger side of the car. They were professional, kept us up to date on timelines so we could manage our insurance company and hire car rental and the car looks brand new.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Very communicative, updates on repair progress and superb attention to detail. A perfect repair. Highly recommend.

After 4 moths of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, and no courtesy calls received, notice a lot of damages (interior and exterior) my insurance company didn't wanted to take responsibility for all 'further damages', I had to spend time and $$$ in a solicitor.Very rude staff and zero customer service.Am still battling with Insurance to recover good parts that miraculous disappear /got replace with faulty/broken ones. They also over price the job, total scum artists, yes it is 'fraud' Mr O'Brien.

Tried to get a quote to repair my car. They were very rude, told me that my expensive (60k) vehicle wasnt up to the standard of vehicle they usually work on and continually dropped hints that I couldnt afford their services. Dont waste your time!

Had a great experience with O'Briens. Service was great. Delivered on timeline. Work to the car is excellent. Car returned cleaned which I didn't expect. In addition they repaired a broken clip on my parcel tray that was a real nuisance when opening the hatch. I thought that was a really nice touch. They delivered beyond expectation.

I will try to be as much factual as possible. I visited this place right after I got hit by a car while stationery at the traffic sign before contacting an insurance to give the driver at fault an estimate so that they can decide how to proceed. I got quoted close to $6k after an inspection onsite. When I went through an insurance and wanted this be cash-settled with NRMA, NRMA needed this business directly upload the quote and photos to their portal. Obrien asked me to pay the qoute fee of $250 (didnt' say excluding GST) but later charged $275 which I believe quite expensive. Then, it turned out this bloke uploaded a quote for just over $1k without confirming with me before I pay. He claims he only can submit what's factual to NRMA. Then, how he could produce $6k and $1k quotes when he had only one inspection before both quotes? This is obviously a dodgy behaviour to deter clients go cash settlement instead of using them but their quote fee was already paid? How on earth this discrepancy can exist after the same inspection?

These guys deliver excellent service and communicate well along the way. The finish of their work was to a factory standard. Thanks for looking after my car.
