Coles Flinders Square

Did the Click and Collect for the first time at Coles Flinders Square. Joel who brought it out to the car was a great bloke. There is both good and bad. The $50 min spend and restrictions on items ordered, however that was outweighed by the quick response when calling the designated mobile and the chat with Joel. A suggestion is to put the designated mobile number I to your contacts. I am not usually a Coles customer, they had the item I was after for my dog's dinner. She loves sardines.

This outlet of Coles is for unknown reasons a greater or lesser disappointment every time I visit.One day it's missing stock, the next the automatic tills are not responding to their touchscreen, then there's a massive queue for the one open checkout, then they only stock a cheap knock off brand of something, or only one of something else.I don't recall ever coming out of here without something not working. It's almost as if head office has completely forgotten that this shop exists and needs to be maintained.Staff is friendly, mostly clueless with some rare exceptions. There's also a distinct lack of problem solving by staff, for example the bottle return refund system was down and it took the store manager to show initiative and find a solution.To be honest, these days I only come here in desperation when all other options have been exhausted.Not my favourite supermarket in the world.Visit, don't visit, it's your call.

Little Christmas experience for the curious Lil one! Twice every week in Coles and the fresh and fruit shop!

So happy the rude older staff are gone now. The young staff their are so friendly and helpful. Sometimes people that have been in their jobs to long and unhappy need to leave and find another job that makes them happy. Because it's not fair on customers having to put up with their grumpiness and rudeness.

Good smaller Coles store. Good range of products, friendly & helpful staff & easy parking

Some specialist items are hard to find, but overall great song experience.

Have shopped here for years .Fruit quality could be better but otherwise staff and variety of goods is good.Special mention to Steph. Steph is an asset to the company. She goes out of her way to assist and has great interpersonal and customer skills.Please pass on my compliments to Steph.Well done!

This Coles is always clean, tidy, and big with stocks. Lovely staff too :)

I drive far out of my way to shop at this Coles, as the staff are so friendly and helpful. The lady that helped me with my egift card this morning (20/10), at the self serve checkout was wonderful.

Always good , very nice assistances great produce and excellent variety of groceriesPrice of milk up 5c Light on stocks today.Prices for meat are really expensive
