As the saying goes don't judge a book by its cover! Amazing food, amazing staff/service.

I wanted good quality vinyl but they made me get the worst quality because it was an insurance job. The vinyl marks and tears so easily. It marks even if a cup is dropped on the floor. The in store service was also bad. Noone gave me a straight answer and I got given incorrect information constantly. The worst part for me though is this crappy vinyl.

They were able to meet our needs where other tiling stores couldn't.

Amazing knowledgeable service, fully professional, you won't get lost or frustrated as you would at another large retail outlet.

Great selection of tiles at good prices. Could have stayed there all day admiring the merchandise

Edit: The owner has since made contact to resolve the issues below. The installers have returned to scrub off the adhesive that was over the flooring.Harbour City Tiles and Carpets installed vinyl flooring and carpets in our new home.The instore experience was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.The install of the carpet is great.The install of the vinyl plank flooring is less so. Plenty of visible gaps between the planks and walls, as well as leftover adhesive on the flooring throughout the house. When contacting to follow up on the issues I was told there was nothing that could be done about the gaps, and that I can clean the adhesive off myself with metho and a rag. If it was only a few spots, it wouldn't be a problem, but it's quite a few hours of work as its in every room.
