Go to Happy Tyres at Moss st is where the staff member at beaurepaires recommended when we realised this shop was incompetent of completing a job which had been booked and confirmed. I booked, confirmed and rang 3 times in 6 days and during this time they couldn’t let me know that this wasn’t a service they offered until I went into the shop to get the job completed. You would think between the manager and staff and having 6 days notice they could decide whatjobs they do or don’t do. Obviously the staff member knows how hopeless this shop is to recommend going somewhere else. A lesson learnt by me and hopefully others in Loganholme: Don’t go to Loganholme Beaurepaires. I would give a negative rating if it was possible.

Absolutely disgusting daughter has a flat tyre with a puncture they want a extreme price to replace n gives no other option on maybe replacing both back tyres so they would match being run flat tyres disappointing now has to source a better place

It was such an incredible pleasure to get my car fixed at Loganholme Beaurepaires. My car was just about to go to the wreckers when Melis, Rob and Dylan asked to look at it. 2 new tyres, a wheel alignment, a wheel balance, new spark plugs and a new muffler did the trick! My car has never run better and it was all fixed in one day! Thank you for your honesty, your genuine help, quick high quality work and very fair prices. Dylan was killer on fixing my tyres, Rob new exactly how to deal with all the mechanical work, and Melis always went the extra mile to find great deals, getting express delivery and adding thoughtful finishing touches on the car. I will highly recommend you guys to everyone.Thank you for helping me get my car running perfectly when I was about to give up on it.

Don’t waste your time with this useless tyre shop. They’ve taken my car for the afternoon to do an alignment and not even done the job because they said my tyres are too big (even though they are not) they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me about it! not only did I have an issue with them personally; but while I was waiting drop my car off in the first place, I heard others complaint about the place too.

Great staff and manager or owner, after a blow out on the motorway got me back on the road at the end of the day with very short notice so I could continue my journey home from work to the Gold Coast

Awesome bunch of blokes. Very accommodating, being short staffed, when I just rolled up with a flat. Answered a few questions i had about products in store, ended up buying new set all round, with great discounts from RACQ and buyback offer! Very happy with efficiency and quick results! Old school reliability and standards! Very professional, and knowledgeable staff. Great work, keep up the good work..I'll be back!

Worst tyre shop in the area! hands down.Went there today to get a tyre puncher fixed and got the laziest response. 45min left to closing can't do it."I can see why this shop is always empty."

I was served by Darryl. I have to say they have some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. They were very accommodating with me having my 5 children sit in the waiting area whilst they changed all of the tyres in a prompt manner. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend.
