Wonderful wash, cut and blowdry from Tatjana today. My first time there and will definitely be returning! She did the best job and really appreciate her amazing work!

Thanks to the lovely and gentle Yui for a first class job cutting and styling my (curly) hair for the first time. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow a brief were exceptional. It was also the best blow dry I have ever had. I left the salon feeling a good deal better about myself. Thank you and highly recommended.

I asked for Shaun to cut my hair as he was recommended by another Vidal Sassoon trained hairdresser. Two days later Shaun called and said he only did colour but some lady would cut my hair and he would keep an eye on what was happening. I got there and an Asian gentleman was going to cut my hair. No sign of Shaun who was not expected in. As I lived in Asia and have curly hair I know how poorly Asian hairdressers generally cope with curly hair, not well. So I left. It was a pain of a morning.

Shaun Norcross Is warm, welcoming and a fantastic hairdresser! I’m from Canberra and came to Sydney due to a very stressful procedure. I came to this hair salon to relax. What I got went above and beyond my expectations. I was treated like a queen and was pampered! Shaun cut my hair perfectly and gave me the best shampoo and blow dry I’ve ever had. What made it even better is that anyone could see that he does his job with great pride, enthusiasm and love.Thank you for looking after me! I’ll be definitely coming back again and tell anyone who will listen what a perfect salon you run!Ps, your stories made me laugh so much and I love your furbabies!

I highly recommend Philosophi Hairdressing! If you are looking for a consistently great outcome, then Shaun is your technician! He has looked after my hair for almost 10 years and I couldn't be happier with his work, he is simply the best. Once Shaun looks after your hair, you will never let anyone else touch your hair ever again.

Amazing salon, the staff are always so friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had a regular hair salon in the past, but all that changed when I found this gem. My cuts are always perfect, I am always complemented on my colour and I will never trust anyone else with my hair again. Shaun is a genius with colour and Youie is a master with the scissors. I’m so glad I found this place, my hair has never looked better and it has given me so much confidence!

I love love love Philsophi Hair. Shaun is the only person who can colour my crazy curly blonde hair. He takes the best care of my hair and the even better care of me when I’m in the salon. I then have my hair regularly cut my Yui who has such amazing experience with all hair textures that he finds mine easy to deal with and does it beautifully. These two gentleman are just the best, adore them and on top of that, their work is flawless.Frances Paterson your review is not only awful to read but is also incredibly racist. I suggest you spent time in our Asian community learning about other cultures and the amazing things we can learn from a diverse community.
