I purchased a car from Sydney and needed it delivered to Melbourne. I contacted a number of companies but decided to go with Australian Car Transport as their price was reasonable but most of all they appeared to be profession and very understanding, unlike other bigger companies I approached. Everything went as planned and I am extremely happy with their service. Also, their communication overall was outstanding. They delivered the car on the date requested and it was in excellent condition - thankfully no nasty surprises. A very big thanks to the guys at Australian Car Transport!

I do not recommend using this company. They have delivered a car to us with missing parts and they refuse to take any responsibility for the missing items. I will be following up with Vcat and ombudsman

Excellent company! Car arrived exactly when they said it would and staff were very helpful. Had a minor issue that needed insurance which was processed easily with no hassles! Would absolutely use this company again :)

While the price and turn around time was okay, my car turned up dirty, LOTS of scratches to the metal, scrapes and dents all around the car! I went and got my car detailed and it showed all the damage that was done during transit. We took a video of the car before it was sent and none of these issues were on the car. Devastated to say the least! Thousands of dollars damage, if not fixed (as it says that its fully insured when I booked it) will be going to the courts thanks to a lot of friends and family who are lawyers!

I strongly encourage you to avoid this company! I was lied to, charged extra, threatened with cancellation fees and treated poorly by the staff.The timeframes and costs listed on their website, in their emails and stated by their customer service staff are extremely misleading.I asked to be put in touch with a manager many times throughout the transaction, but never heard a thing.I finally got a response once it was all over, from a manager" making excuses for the poor service.Very stressful

Absolutely abismal communication & service. The only contact I got was to charge more money and then after another week of no contact attempted to scam more money when I contacted them.Avoid this company at all costs.
