Paul and the team at Biti motors are amazing and go above and beyond every time we deal with them! Paul always manages to track down the vehicle we are after with ease and always provides an amazing price.They pickup and drop off our car and van (we live 45 minutes away from the dealership) to us when it needs servicing and leave us with another car to use to continue to run our business out of.When we purchased a new vehicle and were having trouble co-ordinating time with our busy business to pick it up, Paul hand delivered it to our house, then had someone collect him to get him back to Culcairn!We couldn’t recommend or speak highly enough of the whole team! They certainly have our continued business.

Some time back, I had a service done on my PXII Ranger at Biti Motors. I am travelling all over the country and this Ford dealership is the best of them all. Very thorough and friendly. I have booked ahead for my next service here in Jan 2020. I met one of your apprentices (Kirsten) recently, when the ute had a flat tyre. She actually changed the tyre for me! I was so impressed with her enthusiasm and the positive way that she spoke of all the staff at Biti Motors. You need to hang on to her. She is a great asset! Thanks heaps.

You will not get better service anywhere. Paul is so approachable and knowledgeable. We purchased a new vehicle from Biti motors and Paul spent over 2 hours pre sale with us showing us the ins and outs. He didn't try to on sell us accessories just gave us good advice. Upon delivery he spent almost 2 hours getting us up to speed.Some of the larger dealers should take note. Thanks again.
