No bull* advice from Adam and Raymond. Best prices in Perth. They build the bikes they sell, so no messing around customer with sales script. I'd like to see a YouTube channel attached to the website, would be great to see the bikes in action with commentary.

have never heard of them until i came across their website online - was free for a day and decided to check them out - and was not disappointed at all. great customer service. they asked what i wanted/needed, ran through some suggestions, and pretty knowledgeable on the items they are selling. stocked items look ok, but i do wish they had more variety in the the e-bikes range.their location is quite a distance for me, but i'd definitely be dropping by again when i get my next bike.highly recommended!

Awesome variety of both e-scooters & e-bikes together with exceptional service......I must say they made me feel so welcome & part of the family... because they are family literally..... so bought Blade X e-scooter..... These guys are the epitome of everything customer service should be. Raymond and Adam were amazing with their advice and expertise and they spent so much time making sure everything was exactly as i wanted it. My bike is brilliant and the whole experience of e-biking is fantastic, just as they said it would be. If you are thinking of heading down the e-bike path (and you should) then you would not get better range and service than easybikes and the added bonus is the friendly family feel of their business, Thanks so much guys!

Just purchased my bike. Staff are excellent and so excited.

If I could do it this would be my first 6 star review. The boys here are simply awesome. We went in to look at some bikes and walked out with 3. Well we didn't walk out.. they offered to help us out and delivered them 15 minutes away same day fully assembled and with good cheer.. excellent friendly plus service.. heaps of bikes and no worries test riding. You know when you know you found the right place? If you are buying.. trust me on this... you just found the right place. I can see why customers keep coming back. Raymond provides excellent customer service, and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The bikes are excellent quality and competitively priced. I highly recommend Eazybikes if you are in the market for an e-bike. And you are supporting a small local business as an added bonus!
