I would like to say Thankyou very much Dr Gonzales for being very Understanding, Concise and Insightful to my mental health situation, suffering depression,anxiety and PTSD.You have also been Empathetic which has all helped me greatly. With your thorough assessment we worked together to help me with my Disability Support Pension Application.I am forever grateful Dr Gonzales. I have been engaging in cope services for over two years and find it so amazing and rewarding for anyone that is suffering mental health issues I would absolutely recommend this service Michiel and his team are absolutely amazing and so skillfully trained and make getting support so much easier

I attending an initial session with Dr Hugo and it went really well, I haven’t felt comfortable like that before with previous psychologists. He requested to see me weekly, so I booked my next appointment with his receptionist that same day. I received my appointment confirmation text message the day before my appointment in which I responded with “yes”. I arrived for my 9am appointment with no one at the front desk or available to acknowledge me until 9:15am. The receptionist asked who I had an appointment for in which I informed her a 9am appointment with Dr Hugo. She looked at me funny and knocked on his door several times, as I’m sitting anxiously waiting for my appointment. She began getting stressed saying she does not know where he is, she will need to call him. She could not get a hold of him, by this stage it’s 9:30am. She informs me he could potentially see me on his lunch break at 12pm if I could come back, she did not know where he was and could not contact him. I expressed to her very emotionally that people reach out for help, and tell their story and put trust in a service to support them and this experience has been damaging to me, and impacted further on my mental health. I left upset. 2.5 hours later I received a text message from Dr Hugo saying he only does 10am appointments and hoped I would return to continue work. No one followed up with a phone call, or offered a complimentary session or anything for their error! No one cared how I was made to feel after the situation and how upset I was. Poor service, poor communication and extremely disappointing!!! I have since returned to my gp to gain another care plan to a completely different service.
