WOW! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Very professional, quick to respond and follow up. All work was performed to a very high standard. We had two (unusually shaped) showers to re-seal which was no easy task, but the technician Shane (Shankar") went way above and beyond our expectations to finish the job/s. Shower Sealed were very professional, keeping me and my tenants informed at all times. They provided me with a schedule of services which was very much appreciated. Critical: ProfessionalismDid not even get to the quality of the job as it was the customer service in the office by the Manager Rosie that let the whole thing down!-Detailes below for context.* Contacted Shower Sealed regarding investment property, was advised time frame at present to complete repair is approx 7 days.* 16/2 -Requested onsite quote using their online quote request form" giving the property managers' contact details to arrange entry. (nb: online quote request form did not ask for clarification if I was "Owner" or property Manager")* Received prompt reply email from "Quotes Coordinator" asking me "if I am the owner
