Extremely disappointed in the lack of information from the staff when signed into a contract and when trying to cancel a contract. Every other Gym are much more informative and supportive in regards to contracts and information.

I am absolutely thrilled to be part of Fernwood Gym Maroochydore. I have never worked with a team that has so much passion, integrity and loyalty. The atmosphere is contagious and all staff go above and beyond to assist every single member. I feel very grateful to be a part of the ferny girl team ♥️

Nice atmosphere. Price is a bit high.Got ignored by couple of trainers because I have a shoulder insure. My membership has reformer great trainers and FiTT30.

Most welcoming, caring and friendly gym staff i have ever experienced. This gym feels like home. A safe space for women to feel confident in the gym.

Been with Fernwood for over a month now and I can tell you that this was the best choice I have made this year. It has a very safe and supportive atmosphere and the staff are absolutely excellent! I am grateful for their help in improving my fitness and self esteem.And if you're looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Janelle. She is amazing, intuitive and very kind. Would not have had the motivation to keep this going without her.

Love Fernwood Maroochydore. The staff are all very friendly, the club is always clean. The only thing I would change is some of the music. My phone can’t pair with the machines so have to listen to the club music which often sounds like radio which is not very exercise motivating. I try to go when the fit30 is on because the music makes you want to work harder. Tried the Zumba class recently which is heaps of fun and hilarious when you haven’t done group fitness for a long time. Bit hard to do on carpeted floor though. I think for the people who complain about the costs, they really need to remember that not every gym out there has a crèche, has a nice lounge/kitchen area for member use with wifi, free use of massage chairs, and the use of hair straighteners, and other bathroom items that cater for women. I don’t use any of the bathroom items but if it’s inbuilt into the fees and other women benefit greatly from this service then so be it. It’s a place for women to come together and support one another and workout in an environment that specifically caters for us women. For those that want to complain about the fees, read the contract and don’t sign up if you begrudge the extras that make life a little easier for other women. I have been a member of a well known 24/7 gym and as soon as you join, there is absolutely no support. At Fernwood, I’ve had several staff ask me how I’m going and if I need any assistance or PT sessions. I’m happy to plod along with my own program but if you want help redefining a program or exercise I have no hesitation in asking the friendly staff. I first joined a Fernwood back in the 90s and when I moved to the sunny coast recently, I specifically looked up where Fernwood was. I love men, but I don’t want to be working out around them or feel self conscious.

Best gym I have ever been part of. Staff and members are friendly and welcoming. Has everything you would need and more.

I joined Fernwood Maroochydore in February of 2020 and I have never looked back, Fernwood Maroochydore has become an integral part of my lifestyle and wellness, program, I am hitting my goals, the staff is friendly you are always made to feel welcome. They have a really good blend/variety of fitness classes to choose from. I highly recommend if you are looking for a lifestyle change.
