I had an amazing experience in store with staff named Eli, he was patient, knowledge and friendly.He gave us more then enough information to help us make our decision, he was patient with us as we spent nearly 3.5hours in store and I have never come across such a knowledgeable staff member that genuinely cares about the information he is providing to customers.Thank you Eli for making my experience in store so enjoyable.If all Optus staff in store and online, were as friendly and knowledgeable as Eli they’d have a chance to be number one phone company across Australia

I had a really great experience being helped by the wonderful Shay . Nothing was too much trouble for her. Being of a certain age I am not very good with anything technical and had been putting off getting a new phone . Shay was so understanding and helpful saving me a lot of stress and confusion. Thank you Shay , I really appreciate everything you did for me. I am now enjoying using my new phone.

Had to do an insurance claim on my phone and the staff were really helpful, Shay I think her name was, 10/10 customer service

Went in to ask about upgrading my plan.All the staff were busy with other customers which is fine and was happy to wait however not one single staff member acknowledge that I was there waiting or even made eye contact with me we. just inform me hi sir I can see you there we will be with you as soon as possible. I waited 10 minutes and when I was leaving the store no-one even noticed that I was leaving very frustrating

Great service from Zeke. Wasn't trying to get me to buy dearest item. Was thoughtful of my situation and recommended a great plan. I had done all my homework on line and he was able to advise something better which I hadn't known of. Very happy with results. He also managed to transfer things from a totally purple screen of old phone. Great work. Thank you.

I was having trouble setting up my esim which I had been sent in the mail. When I explained this they sought a solution straight away and I was fixed up and on with my day within 30 mins.

The most painful couple of years after buying a phone from here. Such a deep regret with an impossible contract to get out of. Was sold an iPhone 11 phone with the advertisement of it being waterproof to meters deep. Turns out this is only lab purified water. Obviously after getting it splashed , it stopped working. And they refused to compensate whatsoever. Paid outright and never should have re signed another phone. Unfortunately I went with a Samsung ultra 21 , chosen out because of how amazing " the camera was. To my dismay the phones camera had a lens defect. Took months to fix as Optus refused to give a loaner phone option for months. Since I was under contract

After Telstra tried to do me wrong in the late 80s and then stealing a business idea which l approached to them, l have been a loyal Optus customer for 30years now, l will always recommend Optus for their service and customer support, l hope what ever Optus representative reads this , will consider intalling a mobile tower, around the Mountain Creek Sunshine coast area as there is poor reception
