If your looking for a job agency that accommodates your needs and shows a high regard towards professionalism when searching for work then this is the one.As soon as I had an interview and I was registered with Symmetry they found me work within 3 days. The following week and a half I bounced around until I found a company that I gelled with and wanted someone permanent.Kudos to the Symmetry team especially Zoe, she went above an beyond finding me work; making sure it was accessible, hours were good and I was treated with respect whilst at the same time I was happy with what I was doing.Cheers Symmetry, absolute legends.

I would not hold my breath with these guys. Very disappointed in the response and activity of these guys.I have been in their records for close to six months. In that time I have received zero calls or responses when I ask how they're going finding me work.I have qualifications in forklifting, warehousing, laboratory and pathology but I have not once received a single response from these guys, while ozstaff and other companies call me multiple times a week for work. Very disappoined.

Quite possibly one of the worst firms to work for, you'll turn into a skeleton waiting by the phone to be called in for a shift, something they fail to mention at the interview or job description.No respect for people having their own schedules as they sometimes call you in for a shift and give you half an hour to get there or the shift goes to someone else.

I received a cold call from this company, I politely said we didn't need any casual staff for a while (Covid), and he just hung up abruptly. Very unprofessional representative. Would not use based on this initial conversation.
