I was assured over the phone that Morteza could fix the issue which I explained in detail in my description. Yet it took 30 minutes to come to no conclusion and decide the motherboard was faulty. Even though I told him I have DDR4 ram he did not have any to test with and took the full one hundred and fifty dollars (already significantly high but since I was assured a solution I went with him) for 1/2 hour and no solution with an incorrect diagnosis. I had it diagnosed by a IT tech and they were able to confirm that the RAM not motherboard was in fact faulty. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend this horrible service.

The service right from the beginning was outstanding. Morteza was extremely helpful in recommending the right computer for me and had it set up and running in no time. Since then the follow-up service has been very timely and complete. There isn’t a time that Morteza doesn’t respond with excellent service and is very helpful in explaining how things work. Would highly recommend this company.

The Manager was very helpful when I phoned in a panic as I had dropped my laptop and it wasn't working .I was able to photograph the screen, send it and was diagnosed that I needed a new computer screen. Morteza booked a time and was punctual ,professional and got my computer up and running.I strongly recommend this company to anyone who has a computer problem

Wow....what an experience I had with Morteza. The after sales support was incredible. He spent so many more hours on top of the long hours he already spend at no extra charge. He went far beyond expectations to make sure my computer was working to a premium standard and that I was happy. I am very happy Morteza. Thank you.Highly recommend to any one. Called him back for an issue that was not resolved. Paid him. That night my PC crashed again (this was the issue) and my mothers laptop malfunctioned again after he had supposedly fixed both. Called him back asking him to come in again and have a look. He would not refund me for the previous appointment, even though he did not provide the service he advertises ensure that the technical problems we resolve are not repeating again." he instead told me he'd come back and look at the issue and then charge me again. He did not fix my pc or my mothers laptop and then he tried to charge me again for coming back to have a second go at fixing my issues. The only reason he has so many 5 star reviews is because he begs clients to rate his service with 5 stars before they even know if the issue is fixed. This is why I'm here now editing my once 5 star review."

Excellent Service. Very patient and understanding. Fixed our 2 laptops one Windows and one Mac. Very happy with the service on time and polite. Always has a smile and nothings too hard. Would definitely hire this business again. Thank you Morteza
