Poor. I walked in eager to look at their showroom however once I was greeted and mentioned I had my own builder they were less than helpful and sent me on my way. Could of explained what their purpose/service were and due to not having signed any contracts yet with our builder, they could of persuade us to go through them.

We are very happy with our bathroom renovation. Went with Summit because of their size and how long they have been around. They listened to what we wanted, and ran through everything as many times as we needed (which was a lot). During the renovation there was the occational hiccup, but Ben (project manager) eventually was able to eventually get them fixed up. End result was everything we had asked for.

Renovating the bathroom, Summit have been a great help in designing the reno. They're showroom was a good model to put samples against one another. The suppliers they recommend have also been helpful, an example of this was the floor tiles we had originally chosen were not able to be sourced & the second choice. A tile of similar pattern but slightly different color is available & when placed along side the wall tiles came up well. Summit have been quick to start the reno while other quotes came with a common tale of not being able to start until next year.
