This store deserves zero stars. This is one of multiple less-than-ideal visits to the printing area at Officeworks Joondalup, however, today I purchased a pack of 25 sheets of paper (from Officeworks) and used it for printing my documents (10 pages). When my printing was completed, the staff member at the counter looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for the remaining sheets of paper that I PURCHASED. She eye-rolled when I asked for the remaining sheets? I’m not sure why she thought it was acceptable for me to purchase paper and then leave the remaining leftover with her. The staff at the printing counter clearly don’t enjoy their job and unfortunately, being the closest Officeworks, I continue to hope that the service will change, but it never does. Waiting in line for over 15 minutes every time is also just ridiculous.

Was waiting a really long time to print some stuff! When it’s finally my turn the lady was incredibly rude and questioned the way I was printing, I was just using their app? Maybe she was new? And another lady couldn’t be bothered serving people at the front of the line so would serve people that had an “easier” order first, just disappointed with the service, every time I go it’s a nightmare

Crazy wait… and few staffs were ignoring the long line… queue!!!! Only one Asian lady and an elder lady were busy…others were like- I don’t care!!! She was one of the busy helper helping the customers!!!

Tried calling I hung up after 30 minutes it was quicker to get in my car. No customer service on arrival stood around waiting. Someone needs to go in to opposition they’d make a killing

Order documents printed online, everything was great until had to pickup from this store. Seems like no one had any idea how/where collections go.

Parking here can sometimes be a bit difficult as not many parking spots available when the store is busy most of the staff are friendly and helpful on most occasions, however sometimes ( including today) there can be multiple staff members gathered around in one spot talking amongst themselves and oblivious to customers waiting to be served or needing help/advice.The print area here at Joondalup must be one of the worst in Perth for exceptionally slow service. I understand customers needing help here need additional time spent due to the nature of their business, but there needs to be additional staff in this section to assist customers that can sometimes be waiting 15-20 minutes just to be served.

Very poor customer service at the printing and copying area. Arrived at the desk and was asked for a print id number. I wasn't familiar with this and asked how I get one. The lady walked away from the desk and left me standing there. The other lady then informed me that she had gone home! The lady that was now serving" me was not much better. Every request I made could not be done. I had been there several times in the past with no issues. Very disappointing to receive such shocking service."

Attended to collect binding material just now. There was one staff member serving another customer. Another staff member walks in, serves a customer who walked in after me. Waited for 12 minutes from 9.35 am. No greeting no apologies, no farewell. Treat your customers with courtesy or go work at your home.

Currently waiting in print line where I have been for 30 mins. One staff member in this section, another just left for break. 8 customers waiting in this line. A mere 10 metres away are 3 staff members in the main payment area, serving ZERO customers, use standing there. There are 2 free computers here in print line. Please can management use some common sense to distribute staff where required. At least 2 of us in line only have to print stuff off a use, so surely no special training is required to do that.And, this situation is fairly common here. Do better management, look around.I have now assisted 2customers who were in this line by explaining how to use the self serve - surely one of your staff could be here doing this? Seriously, it's not rocket science.
