I have found Steven to be one of the most enthusiastic, switched on, effervescent, knowledgeable and down to earth real estate agents in Brisbane. He has fantastic knowledge of all aspects of the real estate game, and unfortunately, let's face it, it IS just a game to some. Speaking personally about the sale of our home one month ago, we had already been through the wringer with two other high profile agents in Jindalee, who made big promises but failed to deliver. And one used very questionable tactics to get our business. Steven didn't make big promises. He was very straight when talking sales price with us. He found our buyer at the first open home, and delivered on everything he told us he would, including talking us through every step of the sales process. This is something our other agent did not do. In fact, she just left us hanging. Steven believes in forging lasting relationships with people, and I would thoroughly recommend him if you're looking to sell your home.

Would not recommend at all! In the initial stages was all friendly and promised the world only to lie and turn back on his word. Once the contract is signed, he's impossible to get a hold of. Doesn't text back or answer calls. You'll have to put in a complaint to UrbanX to get him to contact you. Promises a number of things during negotiations, then says he never said it, and you have to go through solicitors. Once moved in had a number of issues that were promised to be resolved, they were never resolved. Never answers the phone or texts back. The worst agent I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and too many lies with false promises.

My husband and I have been renting through Kremer & Co for a year now and what a wonderful, positive experience it has been for us.Moving can be hard enough as it is, however at the beginning, Steven was extremely understanding and accomodating to our needs and helped us through our rental application which ended up being successful.Steven and his team have been so helpful whenever there has been a concern or issue, and is always willing to have a catch up chat whilst doing so.My husband and I both 100% recommend Kremer & Co to anyone needing to rent or buy around Westlake/ Jindalee area.
