Dealing with these guys turned me off buying another Renault. They avoid responsibility like the plague. They wont recommend a solution that could help you out within 24 hours because it doesn’t involve you purchasing anything off them so they make you wait weeks and pay out the nose. I have lived all over Australia and owned cars from nearly every brand and this is the worst dealership i have ever come across.

We are over the moon with our new Renault. Having done a lot of research, walked into many dealerships and drove numerous other cars, in a very competitive market, Grant and his team stood out. Their knowledge of the vehicle and the way they accommodated all our needs was of the highest level. Sure the car is perfect for us, but Grant and his team made the whole experience enjoyable.

I called up to make an appointment to drive one of there Megane 265 RS which is considered a high performance vehicle in their eyes. They would not allow me to drive the vehicle without signing a contract to purchase and pay a deposit subject to test drive. I test drove a mini that they owned and subsequently didn't like however I was pulled over by the police and cautioned for being 12kms over the limit in a hundred zone therefore I was determined a high risk or a time waster not exactly sure.I am not sure how many people would be prepared to pay a deposit, negotiate a price and sign a contract to only just drive a car to see if it suits them.Don't waste your time with them as Neil Buckby motors are a two hour drive away.
