Above and Beyond. Manager Carl provided 5 star customer service. After a rather disappointing online experience with the overseas Telstra team I called the Busselton Telstra shop and Carl handled the issue promptly, enthusiastically, professionally and with genuine empathy. Incompetent, as is Telstra in general. My wife ordered a new phone online. They sent us the wrong device. We were advised to return it to our local store, Busselton, which we did. Telstra is now telling us they do not know where the device is, and don't know the IMEI number, so are charging us over $2,000 for the device, and then called threatening to disconnect our service if we didn't pay immediately over the phone. We have since made further complaints to Telstra. They say the store did not return the device correctly, so they cannot trace it. They have apparently called and emailed the store with no response. They will not remove this charge from our account as a result.

I went in to change from a mobile broadband to NBN now that I was settled in a permanent residence again and staff couldn't have been more helpful, very quick painless experience and very satisfied with the outcome, just waiting for a day or two for the connection to be completed which will enable me to fully utilise all my accessories.

I walked in without an appointment. Staff members made time for me even though I could clearly see that they were pretty busy. Service from Jarrad was excellent. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This Reveiw Is purely of TELSTRA !!The Busselton Store Staff were very helpful, once we were served, CERTAINLY WORTHY OF 5 Stars.However Telstra, your misleading advertising of a discount on a device that cannot be bought outright is wrong !What should have been a simple Eftpos transaction, turned into a laborious computer process through my Telstra account, which in turn would not accept the outright purchase, twice ! !Your processes need reviewing! Or is your intention to not allow long term customers the ability to Buy a discounted device outright ?Your competitors had my business 15 minutes later , simple and efficient service there !
