Been to this lifeline a few times but '' REALLY'' the prices that they sell furniture is outrageous and yet there getting them for free as donations but to sell them as if your buying out of an actual furniture shop is stupid. I saw two rugs with no tags and told the lady and she said there brand new and there $70 each is ridiculous. Why be a second hand shop, definitely can't help the community if prices are too dam expensive.....☹☹☹

Reccomend popping in for everything but clothes as they have no changing rooms which is really inconvenient.

Well stocked shop, considering my visit was a week out from Xmas.Large range of ladies clothes, although tightly packed into racks, it's worth the rummage through. Ladies accessories & shoes is also stocked.Plenty of parking.Various range of homewares, kitchenware & manchester.Pricing is relative to lifeline store pricing.

Excellent shop for clothes, the racks are tightly packed and require some patience to sort through. Good prices throughout the store. This store has minimal second-hand furniture but lots of brand new Lifeline lines. Possibly due to the lack of space. The stock is average mostly mainstream with a high turnover but is lacking compared to other opshops in this area with presentation. If you're a collector or maker the pickings are slim not the best opshop for this type of rumage. Not the friendliest volunteers. I've experienced a couple of very rude workers here on several occasions and others saying inappropriate things that customers can hear. That's a real turn off for me.Some customer service and cultural awareness training would benefit this store and a better cohesive layout.

Everything is over priced when there suppose to be there to help people in need, I did volunteer work with Goodna life line years ago & the attitude from the staff was rediculous if U pointed out that they were putting to much on an item, I would never walk back in there, you may aswell go to Kmart & buy brand new items for around the same price it's laughable.
