Very very friendly .A lovely little family business and will go over the top to help with anything .

My family regularly uses this pharmacy. Every single time my grandmother goes in, it takes 40+ minutes to get a single prescription filled. Completely inappropriate treatment of customers, the staff are almost allergic to doing anything.Avoid if you can. Priceline in Plumpton Shops are faster, and don’t treat 80 year olds with a disgusting attitude.

Nerdine, very nice to all the regular customers! But if you are the NEW customer like my husband, bad luck, waited for 20mins after passing the prescription, was treated with VERY RUDE attitude. It wasn’t busy, and he’s a care worker who’s getting the medication for an old man, he couldn’t wait longer and asked another girl to help asking, so Nedine told him they don’t have such medicine, after 20 mins waiting without any excuse me Sir, or other greeting don’t mention any apologies to start, but with all the blame from Nerdine. He just asked why didn’t you tell me earlier, she’s saying it wasn’t his turn. He didn’t want to raise his voice but being accused do you want to raise your voice?? What’s the logic???That’s ridiculous!She’s saying the system here is waiting for your turn. So it wasn’t his turn but if he asked another girl to check it’s just so lucky becomes his turn? And he’s considering about his poor customer an 80 year old sick man had to suffer waiting that long in the car.Without further arguing my husband left.Nerdine, hope you can read this comment and make yourself a polite nice and decent person in the world. The attitude you showed and language you used are not acceptable. No one deserves that, when you do such shameful things to other people, God knows you will be hurt by it too.We forgive you.

Had exactly what I needed for Covid testing. Was extremely buzy, had plenty of staff but felt as if they were all new staff and still learning.

Walked in to get a rapid test & the woman was so rude. Questioning how do I know they had the test ( called beforehand). Even another guy said he called also. Blamed that people are buying them and selling them double the price. If that is so concerning than don't sell it! First & last time I'd go there. She was rudest woman I've dealt with!! Clearly not in the right job to be so dam miserable and carrying on over rapid test. Someone wont tolerate her attitude the way she as today I bet.

4 Staff members heard the door siren as I walked in. No customers. Was standing at the Lottery counter for 5 mins. No attendance. Backs turned. The lady that dived said, Have a nice day. Was ok.
