I engaged B.L.A Caulking Solutions professional services to caulk my new property I have just purchased.Lauren was very easy to deal with and she had me booked in quickly the following day after I gave her little notice.Lauren arrived on time at 8am with her offsider and conducted them selves in a very professional manner. I took Lauren for a quick tour of the property to show her what I wanted done and I left them to it.Within an hour and a half Lauren had my whole home caulked with a nice white silicone against the white skirting boards and hard wood floors which hid some of my messy attempt to paint my skirting boards with some of the paint transferring onto the wooden floorboards.I would highly recommend B.L.A Caluking as a cost effective, quick and professional service.

We needed all the skirts caulked in our relatively new home - it was one of those jobs that I had put off since building. I was a little apprehensive to take the job on myself as I have the OCD and figured it would take me forever to get around the whole house and most probably find it very frustrating as I've not done a lot of caulking and I'd want it near perfect neat. I decided to bite the bullet and get the professionals to do it, save on time and stress. I called Lauren at BLA and she answered my questions confidently, the price was right so she booked me in. The girls turned up on time, listened as I showed them through the house and also offered suggestions of their own. I left them to it and checked back about an hour later to find them both working quietly. I was so happy with the job, I then showed them the alfresco doors that needed some attention too. They took care of them also. The thing that impressed me the most was that they used their initiative and chose white, grey and clear silicone to match the area they were doing. So glad as the end result is really good. The house now looks finished! The girls did over 80 lineal meters of skirt and 4 big glass doors in about 1 1/2hrs. I am so glad I got BLA to take care of it and would confidently recommend their services to anyone. Thanks ladies, great work!

BLA did an amazing job at our place !The girls completed the silicone to skirtings to the areas of our home that have vinyl floors - living / kitchen / dining & bedrooms plus silicone work to two floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms. Lauren & Robina were professional , on time , colour matched to the areas perfectly and did a seamless job throughout . Would happily recommend!
