Juan knew exactly which pieces of furniture I was referring to. Could tell me if he had them in stock for me to view and appraise. I said when I would come to the Store. He apologised that he would not be there but said Daniela would know my details and would be available to help. Exactly what happened. Made my purchase (4 chairs plus 2 recliners). Beautiful presentation. Care and attention to detail. I await my deliveries! Thank you Daniela!

We purchased our couch from Adriatic and dealt with Daniela and Juan when we came back and they were both so lovely and understanding. They both gave us advice on styles and it didn’t feel like they were pushing for just a sale but spoke to us like real people and we ended up getting a new couch for our space! We couldn’t be happier with their customer service we both felt like we just wanted to purchase more because they were so genuine and lovely. Thank you for giving us the space to talk and think when we needed it and giving us advice when our indecisiveness kicked in! We need more Daniela and Juan’s out here! Thank you!
