Pettina is fantastic! She's there for your journey and really takes the time to listen to all your issues and concerns. A lot of time and thought goes into her recommendations and prescriptions, relying on research to inform her suggestions, and she always checks in with you to make sure things are going well. Pettina is a calming spirit who helps you to understand that getting your health and body on track might take time until you find the right solutions, but she's there with you all the whole way. I've already seen massive improvements in my health and wellbeing since starting with Pettina, and recommend anyone who is looking to get themselves on track to get in contact!

Health is such an individual experience. I find speaking with Pettina about health to be supported, loyal and also exciting as we together understand what my picture of health is and what I can do to implement a range of responces to optimise my wellbeing. I love how Pettina explains her knowledge. The space she works from is simple, nuturing and fun being apart of a mixed bag of experiences at Jaques Coffee Plantation.
