We had a difficult waterproofing job, Chance came and had a look, there wasn't enough room for him to be able to get in and guarantee his work. I appreciated his honesty.Chance did give me so advice and the name of a product to use. We did the job ourselves and the product that was recommended did the job perfectly.

Chance was very professional at all times and attended to two bathrooms which needed major work; they now look brand new.
