My experiences have all been bad. The shop is very uninviting and confusing for new customers - you walk in and everyone is either too busy or ignores you and it's unclear where you are supposed to go to get service. They are also way too picky with returns, particularly given the high prices. They would not exchange an unused polo shirt because the style of the tag inside it had slightly changed from when I bought it. Even worse, when I came to exchange a polo shirt brought the previous day they gave me grief for taking off the sales tag - they allowed the exchange in the end but carried on like they were doing me a big favour.

Staff are very rude and unhelpful. Really wish I could go to another store for friendly service. Extremely inefficient process for running store. Made to wait over an hour to try on samples only to be told the store had no stock AGAIN and it would be at least four weeks for new stock to come in. Happens every time. No idea how you can operate a store this badly, can only assume they know having a monopoly on uniforms means they can treat customers with contempt and be constantly out of stock. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

When I went there with my daughter to buy some uniforms (Avila College) the staff who assisted us were very helpful, attentive the entire time, answered my questions in a friendly manner, overall a pleasant experience. Thanks for your assistance!

Friendly, helpful staff, didn't have any issues like the other reviews. But the new store is more a showroom style than an actual pick and purchase on your own. As the staff need to take you into the showroom, and place an order for your item to be picked from the storeroom out back. So if you know what you want, you are much better off opting for click and collect to avoid queues.

Very disorganised and time wasted service. Shop was not busy, 4 or 5 customers and 6 staff members in the hall. I walked in to buy 2 items, that I already know size and item code, but I had to see 3 different staff and wait for 30mins although there was no que.

Low efficiency and lots of mistakes. The place is much bigger than the previous one in Mount Waverley and they seem to have more staff here. But the way they operate is very disappointing. I ordered two long sleeve t-shirts at the counter. After waiting for 40 mins, they told me the computer forgot my order. They came inside to get my order. When I arrived home, I realized they gave me one long sleeve and one short sleeve. I don’t want to go back and wait for another 40 mins to change.

I was there for the first time yesterday and horrible experience. Never want to go there again. The staff need to be trained on customer service. They don't bother to assist the customers. They are very rude and arrogant. As this is a monopolistic business, they don't care. This definitely needs to be changed. Good for 16th century take it or leave it business!
