Was in a rush and searched for local businesses to get a pool light from. Found Matt and had a new Astral SLX delivered the same day at a great price. Removed my old halogen pool light and fitted the new one using some of old mounting holes. Stuff for connecting the new wires to the old one were in with the new light. Was very straightforward and even though I took it slowly (I'm not an electrician) it took less than 30 minutes to have the new light on and working. Will definitely use Perth Pool Warehouse again.

I contacted a few places to buy a bench roller and blanket. Matt was the only who took the time to give me advice on exactly what I needed and also offered the best price. There was a slight problem with the roller when it arrived (to do with supplier, not Perth Poole Warehouse) fortunately Matt sorted it out straight away with follow up calls to make sure everything was OK. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

We have always had trouble with our pool since the day we moved into our house which Matt advised was due to our old equipment & the way it was connected. Matt took out the entire system (most of it not working) & installed a new pump, filter & chlorinator. Since then it all works perfectly, the equipment piping is neater & the pool is now fully automated & looks after itself. Very happy customer as I now have my weekends back!

After a nightmare run with our pool and seemingly endless ‘experts’ , we were very grateful to have been recommended Matt to take a look! Nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond for us troubleshooting and diagnosing. Repairs were very reasonably priced and fully guaranteed. Can highly recommend Matt, he’s a genuine fellow who gives fantastic customer service and results.

We had a problem with our third pump in 5 years, it started making a squealing sound as did the others. We got Matt around to have a look and he found the pumps were prematurely failing because of a blockage in the filter. We had 2 pool shops for the previous 2 pumps and all they say is you need a new pump and try and sell you one. Matt is the only pool technician that pulled the system a part and fixed the problem so it won't happen again. Very impressed, true professional and thoroughly recommend his business.
