Best haircut ever well priced and super quick

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Steph (3rd year apprentice) listened attentively to my haircut ideas, discussed and offered professional suggestions to better align with what I was after and made me feel confident to leave my hair in her capable hands.Her knowledge was especially excellent. She shared with me multiple ways to better care for my curls that no other hairdresser had ever explained to me.I was apprehensive about getting my hair cut by an apprentice at first but I’m so glad I gave her a go. Very grateful and will definitely recommend.

Great haircut, perfectly matched colour and lovely staff

Cannot recommend Bronte enough! She listened to what I wanted & was informative about my hair needs. She spoke me through what she was doing and why she was doing it, which made me feel very comfortable. My colour and style was perfect & I haven’t stopped receiving compliments. The salon is a great atmosphere & the girls are all lovely. I won’t be looking anywhere else! Thanks Bronte

Worst hairdressing experience ever. Recently moved to Bendigo and I wish I had asked around before I decided to go to Pura Veeda. I booked it based on google reviews which seemed good, but that was a mistake. Not only did they ruin my hair by turning it from a bright copper to a dark burgundy brown, but they refused to admit fault. I had shown them a picture of what I wanted but they still refused to admit they’d made a mistake and made me pay full price. Even after several emails to the manager, they have completely ignored my complaint. I’ve since had to spend over $400 and 2 visits with another salon to rectify the colour. I’ve never posted a bad review about any business but the way they treated me is beyond bad customer service. Others have since told me similar stories so I really wish I had asked around first.

Kylie gave me the most beautiful and refreshing hair cut. Everything was relaxing and the appointment was on time. Even with my eyes closed (cause it was that relaxing!) you can tell she put her heart into the styling bits. Would suggest an additional service to do a head massage during the wash, that would be divine!

I love the girls here. Really helpful and friendly. Plus they they always deliver exactly what I'm hoping my hair to end up like. Very happy with Pura Veeda. And being a vegan certified hair salon is the cherry on top.
