Normally love happy Jack's but today they seemed more worried about getting food to the 2 parties than the other customers we waited over an hour an a half for food. Not good enough.

i cant express highly enough how helpful the staff were.the kids loved playing on the equipment while the wife and i enjoyed the freedom to enjoy a coffee relaxed knowing our children were safe and in sight. thankyou very much happyjacks we will definitely be back.

Very child friendly, our 4yr old grandson is very happy to play on the equipment.Parents can enjoy a drink and still see where their children are, prices for drinks and snacks are very affordable and they have a very extensive menu that caters for all age groups.

Very dissapointing visit. The place was filthy most of the lights were off and 90% of the equipment is either damaged or not Functioning. There are chip wrappers and dust bunnies that have been there for a while and it's more expensive than funbugs. We won't be back.

Really fun place for a variety of age group of kids. Decent cafe for coffee, assorted candies and sweet stuff for kids. Would like to see some healthy options on the menu though.

Hours of fun! We’re just visiting the area and visited for our little one’s 3rd birthday. The staff are lovely and the food is AMAZING! Such good value and really tasty. The play equipment is great and one of the big bonuses is that the entry points are grown up size so you can easily get in to rescue little ones if needed (or get a cheeky turn on the giant slide!)Loads of parking and easy to find and great value entry price.

Small gated toddler area. Great slides and plenty of space for parents to sit and watch their kids. Needs a bit of an update and clean though.

My son had his 6th bday party @ Happy Jacks today and in his words I had the bestest day ever" our host done a brilliant job entertaining the children and doing everything for Jacob's party. Oh and the Cake was amazing Thank you ☺"
