Good food but hopeless at answering the phone when the younger staff are on alone. Have called 15 times once with no answer went into store and was rudely told they’re too busy to answer their phone but store was empty

Visited after seeing the positive reviews and they were not wrong! Got the seafood basket and it was delicious, best fish and chips I've had in a long time, will be back :)

Usually quite good but two young ladies didn't seem to know what they were doing. Ordered a steak burger bun was burnt almost all lettuce nothing else not even any sauce. Chips so salty couldn't eat them.

Go there a bit as the seafood is always good and fresh as is the oil for cooking it.The owner I assume is helpful and a happy man. Thanks for the great food again.

I ordered hamburger with the lot, battered cod and chips. The batter was oily but fish inside was cooked well. The works burger was a disappointment. All lettuce a slice of tomato so small it looked like it was sliced with a potato peeler and came from a cherry tomato, meat patty while nice and spiced was also very thin slightly burnt on the edges (i liked that though even if a bit dry because of it) egg and bacon were ok (can’t really get them wrong) bun wasn’t warmed on grill.Chips were alright but nothing to write home about. I’ve definitely eaten worse but have also had much better.Service wasn’t bad but there’s certainly room for improvement

i walked in and there was a young women by the name of kyah working very hard. she was very beautiful, if i was not 70 i would tap. she was running around but still made the effort to be helpful and smile widely. the food was excellent, amazing, delicious, mouth watering, and yummy. i am a regular.

1st and last visit. We ordered the seafood pack and we were asked 'crumb or battered' on the fish. We picked battered and got crumbed. And, we ordered gravy only to be refunded for the gravy because they were out. To top it off, below average food that took more than 45 mins for us to get after ordering. They were busy, trying hard, but in the end the wait was not worth it all all. Below average food and next time we will be going elsewhere. Do not recommend.
