Great to be able to have a spa experience in the heart of Chatswood. I was very relaxed throughout the whole experience. I had a one hour massage with Carrie who checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and getting the most benefit from the experience. She was amazing. I felt she had my well-being in mind and wasn’t just doing a job. Highly recommend.

I would have preferred to write a glowing review but unfortunately I can not. A $350 gift card was given to me so I booked a Rejuvenate treatment as a treat. It was meant to be $295 and I was charged $310. Paying this much I expect the most experienced beautician but this was not to be. I spent time to fill out their “How did we do”? form and did not get an email back.Very disappointed for the price they charge.

I just had the most relaxing massage here by my beautiful massage therapist Paria. I was gifted the organic relaxation massage and while the recommended strength is light-medium, I like my massages firm. Paria was so amazing she adjusted the strength to what I liked and it was so relaxing, I definitely feel pampered so well after the one hour session. I feel 100% relaxed it is divine!

Asha was amazing! Her massage was one of the best I have ever experienced! My skin came out glowing and I felt my 1 hour treatment was like having a 3 hour day spa experience. I can’t recommend the therapist enough, she met my needs perfectly. Thank you Asha.

The lady who greeted me (sorry I didn't catch her name) was very pleasant from the moment I stepped into the store. She was polite and even behind her mask I knew she was smiling! Carrie (my therapist) was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and her massage/facial techniques were excellent. As a facial first timer I loved the experience and enjoyed it so much, I have booked to return for another facial with Carrie.
