Remondis trucks go past my house daily. They approach the intersections so fast that I'm concerned they won't stop one day. Stopp your trucks on residential streets before you kill someone.

Hopeless communication. Actually, zero communication at all. Make a booking, they just don’t turn up. No warning nothing. Cannot run a business relying on these guys to do what they say they’ll do. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend at all!!

Worst service ever constantly get excuses as to why they dont collect have to ring them almost every week extremely poor service dont even get a phone call to say they cant pick up and no idea when they will collect

After Remondis advised there was an increase in the waste removal fees, I waited for the first invoice to check these fees.Something looked odd, so, on the first encounter with the driver that came to pick up the bins, I asked if he could kindly let me know the total weight of the bin, he answered that the scale was not working (coincidence?). Short after that, I have called up the office and talked over the phone with the sale department with Heidee (I believe). After mentioning the issue of scale not working and my concern on how they actually weigh the bins,I was offered a better deal on the grease trap service fee, and I was suggested to raise the bin service fee from $20 to $25 to cover for the extra Kilos.Unfortunately, my trust after this event was very low and I asked the managers to report the recorded weight of the bins every time the driver was coming to pick it up. We kept a log for 2 monthsI will attach, here below, an invoice for January 2021 as an example.same goes for FebruaryThere is also a pattern in the (wrong, overcharged or mismatching) charges.Consequently, I was contacted by their credit department everyday for months and I have tried to explain the situation. It did not seem to me they were interested to listen to what I had to say.It took 3 months and Rushald from the credit department to call me everyday and a some very stressful phone calls to consider my request of re evaluate the charges on the last bill.They eventually, offer to half the bill, but I have to say that I was so fed up I didn’t consider it, I wish i did it, but here we are now.They engaged a solicitor to get their money back. It wasn’t a matter of money, but the principle. I cannot accept a misleading or deceptive conduct.We have changed supplier for the waste removal and I can see better results at once.Will never use their service again.
