I don’t normally use the photo kiosk for printing an iD directly from my iphone. I am greatly appreciated the assistance I got from their staff Tracy. She’s so helpful and pleasant in dealing with my issues. Kudos to her for her help. Your customer service is excellent and greatly appreciated ❤️

A old lady that works there was verbally abusing my five year old sister for testing out markers, me and my mum were very mad, reading all the comments clearly the older staff isn’t very nice to customers

I ordered online for click and collect... Item paid for immediately... It then shows avail to collect.... 4 days later..... NOT acceptable.. If it's not in stock YOU should call the customer to let them know, I would have just got this item elsewhere on same day..

I rang this store to find a printer cartridge. Unfortunately there were difficulties in being heard st first as the connection was bad. When I got through the female I spoke to was very unsure of how to find out which cartridges they had. She finally handed my call to someone else who brusquely told me they were putting me through to 'tech'. The phone rang and rang for 15 minutes. In the end I hung up. No good enough.
