Charlotte is a trained myotherapist and oncology masseuse which was what I was searching for initially. Charlotte assesses and takes excellent records of the type of massage I was after that would suit my body post surgery and chemo and into the future. I always find the treatments relaxing, exactly what I needed and with some great tips thrown in. I would highly recommend Charlotte for any massage you require and encourage others to see her regularly so that the massages are tailored to your exact needs every time.

I highly recommend City Haven Massage Therapy, I have been seeing Charlotte for a few years now and I still get overly excited when I have an appointment. As someone that is pretty active and on my feet and at a desk most the day, I always walk in feeling sore and tight and leave feeling relaxed and fixed.From my first treatment Charlotte made me feel very comfortable and understood. Her wealth of knowledge, understanding and dedication to her clients and business is clearly evident. Charlotte observes my posture and stance and explains what she has observes and she always listens and tailors my treatment based on how my body is feeling.

I have been visiting City Haven Massage Therapy for the past 3 years and have only ever experienced positive and friendly service. With ongoing care from Charlotte, I rarely get sick and feel energised all the time. It is amazing what regular self care from caring people can do.

Massage was far too soft, although I asked for a firm one. It did not feel like a remedial massage at all, lasted less than 45 minutes, but I was charged for a full hour.
