International delivery took 25 days not the recommended 5 days from Melbourne to NSW. Delivery drivers have dropped the table on the top corner at some stage damaging the whole thing. When delivering, they delivered the parcel upside down and on an angle causing further damage

I bought a tent from themarket from an AU vendor. They used Adsone shipping method. Its now 31 days to arrive from AU to NZ. I wish I bought from Chinese vendor. At least 15-20 days is much faster.

Terrible communication from the office and driver. Terrible tracking system. We were told that we could book a time to have our heavy item delivered. Then the day before the driver calls and informs us that it will be delivered sometime between 9 and 5 and would not be delivered upstairs to our apartment. We were also told that if no one was home the item would be sent back and would need to be redelivered at our cost. My partner was forced to take the day off work and carry the item to our apartment herself. Terrible delivery service and customer service, avoid at all costs.

I used the tracker to find my delivery was being scanned into the depot. The next day at 9:59 am the tracker said it was on the truck on its its way to me. At 10:16 it said the delivery was unsuccessful. I was at home the whole time and no one knocked on the door and no card was left. I rang and was told they tried to deliver but no one was home. They said they would redeliver within 24-48 hours but because its Friday it wont be until Monday or Tuesday. If it was still in the truck when I rang just after 10:16 could they not just bring it back to me? Cant answer that one. Very poor service.

I bought my disabled sister a package from Groupon which had delivery instructions of “authorised to leave on a seat bench near the front door” for a reason. We have had 2 deliveries on that same day from Startrack and Fastway (We have proof of that) both followed those instructions and surprisingly a company I have never heard of before didn’t. My sister emailed customer service and Maddie told her “the collection point seems only 5 minutes drive”. We paid for you jokers to deliver her parcel for a reason. So after my sister told this Maddie woman abt her situation said, she will have the courier re-delivered it and asked for us to contact the Seller directly because she wasn’t happy about how my sister was emailing her. Well sorry Maddie if you were to do your job right and do as what you promised she wouldn’t be angry too. well now its day 5 since that email still no parcel. I will never buy from Groupon anymore and I will always check who the Courier is before buying anything local to avoid dealing with these jokers again. Very unsatisfactory!!!!

No communication and tracking system non existent. They said they were going to send a tracking number, still waiting for that at 3pm on day of delivery. Rang several times and no-one knows anything. Then at 4:50pm they call to say it will be delivered tomorrow! I've taken the day off and waited all day. This is what you would expect in the 1990's, not in 2020.Any company (Groupon, MyDeal, Amazon etc), please don't use them. They are letting you down and negatively affecting your NPS scores (customer experience). Even if you did everything else right this last mile experience is woeful. Look at all of the ratings here and reconsider. If I could give negative stars, I and many here, would.

Trusted Ebay seller claimed they were shipping by Australia Post . The tracking however was via these jokers. The seller was only 33 KM away, but this outfit received Parcel on Monday and was not able to get onto a courier until Thursday. And that courier then failed to deliver, everyone was home all day. In the same time I had 2 parcels delivered from Interstate that were ordered after this one, and both bulky items. The faster these people go out of business the better it will be for their long suffering customers.

This logistics company is incompetent at best. The initial delivery was not even attempted. I have been unable to raise a reply to email or online correspondence, nor do they even answer their phone. Utterly disastrous. My delivery is still missing and no one can tell me when I will receive it. Steer clear of these guys.

Ordered an item on the 6th Dec from Melbourne Australia with an estimated delivery of 1-5 days, allowing upto 14 days due to it being december. Got conformation it boarded its flight on the 7th Dec. Received an update that they tried to deliver the package, but I moved" on the 8th dec and was geo tagged in Melbourne Florida united states... I'm in nz. 18 days in transit and it's still not in nz"
