This review is for the Richmond NSW Branch, This place deserves more than 5 stars, we had a situation where my grandmothers hearing aid from overseas stopped working. I gave them a call to see if they can help fix etc and was happy to pay the relevant amount.They simply asked us to bring it in and even though repairing is not a standard facility for overseas hearing aids, Jo and the team were extremely helpful.They spent almost 3 hours and fixed the hearing aid , cleaned it and had it back to working condition by swapping some parts and using their skills.They even provided her a maintenance \ cleaning kit and new batteries.We were happy to pay for the service but they insisted on not paying at all and were just more than happy to help us. My grandmother was delighted and so were we.Rarely you find any business to be so helpful in times of need and on top of that not even charging a single cent. I would highly recommend this place to any out there in need of their services.Thanks once again team.

Ok for what it is. A place for hearing tests & hearing assistance products.

I have the found the continual cold-calling tactic of questioning passer-bys at the front of their store, offensive.Every.Time.I just want to buy groceries. But here, I am made to feel harassed by Bay Audio every second time I walk through this shopping mall. The other times I feel compelled to walk around the far side of the shopping mall so as to avoid this confronting behaviour. I think other people do this, too.Please consider; Just leave me alone.For I do not need to be reminded of my social and employment-limiting tinnitus and hyperacusis that equally affects understanding as much as bi-lateral hearing loss does.Imagine if the pharmacy or supermarket had employees ask as you walked past, if you would like to come in for food tasting. It would get very boring, very quickly.

I came to bay audio in Richmond for a routine hearing test.I was helped by Kathy who was incredibly helpful and informative, explaining every step of the process and my results simply and effectively.I definitely recommend a visit here if you’re looking to get your hearing checked.
