The battery on my partner’s Mazda2 needed replacement. I called up Simon on a Thursday and he took the time to answer my questions about the various batteries I had in mind. Went in store to get the battery fitted on a Saturday. Service was quick and efficient and pricing was even better. Would definitely return for all my battery needs.

These guys are good. Replaced battery to a new Varta factory brand battery for Range Rover for a good price. Viraj did great work on the car and explained well over the phone - good knowledge of models and even knew the car needed to have a structural bar removed to access the battery. Plenty of parking onsite. Nice business and service.

Good price for the particular model battery I was after，and it was in stock and that's all it could offer.not sure if I was expecting too much , but I just have my own experience listed for others to consider,1, This is the only battery shop I observed not using a backup battery during the replacement, so the clock, radio, bluetooth, auto windows and auto tail gate all had to be set up again.2, I had to do the installation all over again at home as ： a） the paper instruction manual was still attached with the battery when I got home which should have been removed before installation. b) vehicle battery covers were not properly placed after installation with excuses of different battrry sizes, high tempursture etc. I was able to confirm both the origional and replacement battery were size 096 with minor cca difference but same brand and type, so there is nothing to do with the battery size. hot weather in AU vs country of origion? maybe true, but why manufaturer got something useless in the car to add cost?3, the biggest disapointment I had was been told able to do new battery registeration with ECU when I called, then been told no software/ tool equimped to do that after installation. I'd rather call NRMA and wait for them to do everything for me at my place at a lower price.

I came in needing to replace my old car battery, and not knowing anything about batteries Viraj helped me choose a suitable one, explained the differences between each one and within 30mins the job was done. Labour was free of charge and the battery came with 42month warranty, I simply cannot complain! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their car battery replaced.

I was after a new starter battery and a new deep cycle battery for my 4WD. A quick browse online found these guys with a good range, top brands and some of the better prices out there. I then called the Merrylands store to confirm they had the starter battery I wanted and to get some advice on best deep cycle battery for my setup. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.I went in the next day to pick up the batteries and had a pleasant experience and the staff member on duty was more than happy to assist with my questions.
