I used to think the were really good. I used Newcastle shop. Where to start, perhaps with the fire. The inverter they gave me was faulty and started an electrical fire in my fuse box but they continued to try to make it work instead of trying a replacement. The technician came out over 8 times before finally replacing the inverter. I was underdelivered on panels due to poor planning and communication. It's been over 3 months...no apologies, no discount for lost production. I spoke to the owner Anthony who seemed annoyed I should speak to him about the issue. It was disappointing.

I've had literally no headaches getting this done from start to finish.Pre-sales analysis was great - they were able to forecast energy use and budget and show the cashflow projection right as we stood in my driveway looking at the roof. Turned out to be very accurate.Panels and components are great quality and strong warranties, installation team was very professional and respectful of my home. The monitoring app is easy to use as well.

Just had solar hot water unit installed. All went very smoothly, installer was very pleasant and got on with the job. It is working very well and we are extremely happy.Also had our 28 solar panels cleaned. Excellent job, they are now shining and the leaves no longer stick to the panels.Overall very happy with Solahart.

Dealing with this company is very easy as everyone knows their job and does it well. The technician who responded to my problem was very busy but was able to fit me in. After the problem was diagnosed the wheels were set in motion. Our old system needed replacing and was done the next day. The installers were very professional and on time. I couldn't be happier with this company. I would recommend Solarhart to anyone .

Good communication from the office in regards to installation, even though it was delayed, this was communicated. During this time of getting my solar panels. It’s was a great experience. Having the quote completed in my own home and having a polite and respectful person who took on board the things that I needed to for the house. Listened and gave good advice. When the men put up the panel. Went so great. The boys communicated well with me on their process.

I recently arranged for SOLAHART to install a SolarEdge battery onto my existing solar system, which was previously installed by SOLAHART Newcastle.The technicians did a terrific job and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I have had the battery up and running for approximately two weeks now and could not be happier with its performance.
