FIND ANOTHER DRY CLEANER.Appalling experience with Burleigh Heads Dry Cleaners that went on for over 2 months. Terrible customer service.Upon returning home from collecting my dry cleaned winter quilt in June, I discovered that I had been given someone else's quilt, instead of mine. I notified them right away and returned the quilt the following day.After giving Virginia several weeks of trying to track down my quilt she finally conceded that it was lost and would reimburse me for a replacement.6 weeks passed and I was out of pocket over $200. In that time I'd been told multiple times that the money would be in my account by the end of the week (I was told this several times over about 3 weeks), I phoned her again where she said you'll have the money by the afternoon" and hung up on me. I sent her a text at 5.30pm that afternoon chasing it up and she replied "not midnight yet". Midnight certainly isn't the afternoon where I come from.On a positive note

Absolutely appalled how bad the service is of this place. I dropped 4 ladies blazers off on the 15/6/22 and after 2 weeks I called & they weren’t ready, but the woman told me they would be ready by the Sunday. I went in on the Monday, still not ready, and I was told very rudely that they would be ready the following day.I gave her a few more days then called, STILL NOT READY!She then tells me they’ll be ready today and hung up on me! So so so rude!!!How dare she treat me this way when I have supported her business and been very patient, and after a month my 4 coats aren’t done!Oh and one of them she said couldn’t be done by her so it’s onpy 3 that I am having cleaned!! They aren’t even that dirty!Disgusting service!!!

Nice people, good service, reasonable price

Unreliable and unprofessional. The owner Vivian picks and chooses when to open/close without notice which makes it hard to pick up your dry cleaning in time for when you need it! The pick up was delayed and then It was a huge muck around to collect it. When I was able to pick my jacket up, I got home and it looked and smelt like nothing had been done to it. I tried calling Vivian to talk to her about it and her phone was turned off. Waste of $85 !! Will be definitely going elsewhere in future.
