Didn't have the most pleasant experience with JAB Jewellers in arranging an engagement ring.The craftsmanship of the ring is great however.. Communication was awful.When the ring was completed I was not contacted due to incorrect details despite having communicated via email.Was not provided the original ring when collected the new engagement ring. After returning from overseas (and engaged) followed up and was advised the ring was sent to be refined without being consulted/not advise prior (original ring was a family heirloom). After ring was refined - was offered a discount on next purchase or bank deposit which didn't include receipt/weight of refined materials from ring.Request a certificate of valuation in person when I collected the engagement ring and had to follow up 3 times via phone and email.Given the nature of such an important event in someones life and dealing with a family heirloom, I would have expected much better communications and explanations.

Helped me out and fixed my necklace in 5 minutes. Great pricing. Recommended.

John and his team put together a design incorporating my late wife's engagement ring and our wedding rings. The result was spectacular, really happy with it. Would have no hesitation in recommending JAB to others.

We've enjoyed fantastic service from Jab Jewellers over the years: cleaning and repairing jewellery, specifically. They are fast, efficient and their charges are way less than one might expect. I honestly can't praise them enough.
