I don't even know where to begin. Dawn and Karl you have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Despite being in a different state, you made sure that all my questions were answered and you took the time out to thoroughly go through what will happen on the wedding day. The same day edit was incredible, everyone was in awe of what you and your team have created. The highlight videos on insta were amazing. Received both our wedding video and highlight reel ~1 YEAR after our wedding, after we were quoted 4-6 months. Understand that businesses experience delays but this was excessively disappointing for us. Video quality itself was OK, however final music selection was not as expected.
