T2 Tea

Friendly staff, quick service. They still offer free gift wrapping for loyalty members. Only pity was that there was no taste tests running at the time of the visit (maybe due to Covid)

Really bad experience, treated really badly by staff in Pac Fair. Have my ordered placed online and came to pick it up.My order was there with my name on it and the receipt but the staff realised ( after giving it to me) that they’ll take my bag back because they cannot find my order in the system ( how come then it is there and hs my name on it?!?) … It is impossible to place an online order without payment.I was asked to go home empty handed without my order or a refund and complain to the customer service… really? What is the use of 5 ladies in the store who can’t give me my order nor find it in the “system “ … but my order was there - with my name on it.I have literally never experienced such bad customer service, no apologies, no compensation for the fact that I have wasted hours of my life to:- place the order online- drive to Pac Fair- go through this unpleasant hassle with them- go home and write to T2 customer care- have another conversation with the store where i was even given the wrong customer care email- now unhappily writing this… no , it’s really way way too much for such a big brand to treat customers like that

Such a beautiful store!!!! Stunning!However when I walked in I had 5 min and $50 and had to walk out empty handed.The moment I walked in I saw what I wanted ..... wow!...but can I afford it; I look everywhere for a price. Can't find one. Try work out the price card displays that only identify the product by name ..... what is the name of this?2 min leftI love T2 tea so picking the tea I knew was no problem. Price on tea clear, excellent.But can I afford this .. teacup with lid and strainer (still no clue what it's called.)1 min left in desperation I ask a staff member ..... why is there no price for these"."There is

I bought some beautiful tea, cups and saucers and breakfast chocolate as Christmas gifts from here recently. This is my go to store for family gifts. You could spend a fortune in this store, it's just so lovely to have a mooch around in here. Everything is displayed so well, which makes it easier to find that item you are looking for. The staff here are lovely and so helpful. I tried some tea tastings and bought tea for myself.

So impressed with the service I received today (Boxing Day). The store was was very busy but the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Went in vaguely looking for a birthday gift and came away not only with a perfect present but feeling like my custom was truly valued. I have never shopped at T2 before but I will certainly be back. Sorry I missed the name of the 2 staff that served me but I get the feeling they are all a great team. Well done.

Great range of teas . Prices abit expensive but all round a great shop for tea.

Best service ever! I have no idea about tea but needed to get some as a present so went in and was served by a tea master! She was great and very knowledgeable and understanding. They also have a huge range of tea to choose from and a great many fancy tea cups and tea pots. If tea is what you’re looking for this place is the go to!!

Turned up on time for a 20% off. Found a great tea pot for my beloved wife. Was greeted and given good service.
