Well what can I say. Poor quality and poor back up service.After re sealing my driveway with the CCS sealer, within 9 months the sealer started to turn milky. After repeated attempts to contact the applicator Allure, with no response I reached out to CCS. They have dodged and dived saying it not the product but a moisture problem. Funny the first sealer lasted 4-5 years! Shieldcoat product.They or the applicator are taking no responsibility. Shocking !! Choose Shield coat and save your money.

Extremely rude and unhelpful service. we spoke to a staff member who advised there would be a product left at the counter but after driving from byron to pick it up were told it was sold to another customer. George was rude, refused to disclose the manufacturers name so we could locate more product and laughed at us when we tried to find a solution. very poor after sales support and service

I didn't give them one star because I am pretty sure they have a good product and service the trade industry well. However if you don't know what you're doing and need advice you will find they are to the extremity of rudeness and unhelpful.Don't go there if you are a one off DIY it is for tradesmen only who are regular customers.Companies like these in boom times make profits but when the economy goes down hill so do companies like this because of their extremely poor customer service.

After calling other suppliers to help me with my polished concrete floor without success I rang Concrete Colour Systems at Nerang and spoke to George. He quickly determined the issue and provided me with a fix which included supplying a free sample. Problem solved! I highly recommend George and this company for any decorative flooring information or product.
