Unprofessional work. Our back yard is small, and it took him two weeks to even get half of our retaining wall done which was done poorly, not straight or matching up sleepers. He jumped from doing sleepers to boxing off for concrete slab and that was even uneven, had no idea on how to do the steps we wanted. He hardly turned up and when he said he would and if so only for a few hours, never in the 2 weeks did he do a full day work, always making excuses. We paid a deposit of around $6000 and in the end had to let him go as could not stand the stress of seeing the work man ship he was completing. Very disappointed and he would not refund any money back saying it was all in labour and products. We had to pull out all the retaining wall so we can start from scratch again. so unhappy and frustrated that this kind of business existed on Hi-pages.Please steer clear of this business if you want a good job done as you will be very unhappy with the quality of his work.

My son had landscaping done by Home Finish. I would suggest you steer clear of this company.Paid nearly $6,000 for a completely amateur job. Work was to be done over 6 days, they only turned up for 4 only there for 4-6 hrs per day. Did not have the tools to do the job, paid for equipment that was not used. Back yard was not excavated as it should have been, they tried doing it by hand and it is so uneven. Had no idea how to lay turf correctly, paving for a shed base is not even close to level. Front yard was hardly touched and we did most of it ourselves hiring equipment that was needed to do it properly.Please check this company out for yourselves, you won’t find many pictures of work done and if you check the ones they have posted look closely at the results. One of the 5 star reviews is even a family member!When your landscapers turn up in a small car with basic hand tools you have to shake your head.UPDATEIn response to the below comments from Home Finish, any pictures taken will show the work that we ourselves have done. The retaining wall was installed by us, the jack hammering they mention was done by us, the only thing they did in the front was get a bobcat to remove the soil and rocks that WE had dug out and piled up in the middle.So, for a back yard that is totally not even close to level and a front yard that they did basically nothing I think the $6,000 paid was totally disgusting.My son and partner are certainly not happy with the job or the cost.Steer clear!
