A great area to visit with the family. Kids will love the old train and carriages. Have a picnic, kick the footy etc.

Murray Bridge was an important port where Mobilong Wharf connected River Murray boats to rail and road transport.The historic road bridge still carries traffic and the wharf is used by paddle boats. A train platform and some carriages are there and a steam locomotive next to the dockyard.Wharf Hill has a rotunda and lookout at the top.Recent improvements are the passenger shelter and a boardwalk; the later is currently under water as the flood is nearing it's peak.
